I think this is the best Antivirus yet and possibly the best Tower Defence game on iOS right now. After the 1.5 update there were a few souls who shed a tear over the original clunky, pixelated V1.0 release. The new V2.0 brings back a lot of the flavour of the original release in a much more polished package.
What’s changed?
Well there is no research cost anymore to getting new programs, every few levels you get a choice of two programs. You only get to pick one so there is a new element to the game where you need to decide what meshes best with your lineup of defences. With over 20 towers now there is a new program management interface which allows you to pick which 9 to use at any one time. By the end of the game you might unlock at best 2/3 of all the towers, so every game will be a little different giving AV a lot more replay ability.
Another big change is the Virii now get to hit back. Hard. Count on losing towers to waves of Firesheep, LOIC bombardment and of course rampant DOS Virii! New support system like Shield and Network will help stop the bleeding but your days of camping on the spawn point are over. Much more challenging now.
Campaign mode is cool, the map changes every 14-20 waves and so do the enemies so you need to design defence systems optimized to hold off what is being thrown at you.
The new iPad version is really cool, the larger form factor is so comfortable to play on.
Finally, the Pro version will be getting a few extra units and maps and as before, harder settings. :P

I have to admit that I am addicted to your game. I have been with you since the first one was released and I can say, it is the most stimulating. I keep finding myself going back over and over and over. I have purchased V2.0 and and V2.0 Pro. The one thing that really pisses me off though, is I can’t win a decent score above 216 Lv. 9 Ex.4 Co.3. in the campaign mode. I would have figured you would have a progressively increasingly game. But that is not the case. It is now almost too difficult to play. It gets even harder when you start off with only a power of 18. No chance to win at all then. The other thing that is “hard to swallow” is when you do have power extra at the end of the wave it is only added to the 75% cost conversion. I would have figured you would have multiplied that first in the lower levels of the game and then began to decrease it the higher you got in the game. As for sitting on the spawn point, may I recommend creating spawn point that is random in nature. This way it will not matter if they find the spawn point at one point of the game, the next level it will change.
Do not misunderstand me, I really enjoy the game and I would continue to purchase Antivirus as long as I enjoy it.
Now then here is the real challenge. Port it over to PC….
