Troubleshooting

  • All settings, saved games, and high scores are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
  • Antivirus works completely offline. If something isn't working, there is no server on our end to be down — try restarting the app.

Restore Your Purchase

The Full Version is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is tied to your Apple ID, so you can restore it on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. Open Antivirus, tap the Full Version button, then tap Restore Purchase. Apple handles the entire transaction; DeadRatGames never sees your payment details.
